Well, I’ve been working on this for about a week. It’s all old stuff right now, but I’m glad to finally have it online again. A lot of this was previously available on Image Shack, however Image Shack unfortunately completely deleted all of my galleries and everything I had stored with them. This resulted in significant data loss and some of those pictures I will never be able to recover. This is now self hosted on my own server with a Jekyll generated website.
It’s got most of the modern conveniences… though not amazing ones. Right now it’s using Disqus for the chat system, though I’d like to update that to one that doesn’t require users to sign up. I’ll consider making a Facebook app to allow FB comments. I also signed up for a newsletter service, which is interesting, though I’ll likely never use it. Beware whatever you may get if you sign up for the newsletter below. It may be nothing, but I also may one day decide to burn the world and send out something deeply unpleasant.
I haven’t been able to sleep all night tonight and I’m going to be going through friday with absolutely 0 steam. I feel awful. I’ll try to post here regularly, and I may just straight up import my blogger blog, currently located at www.bentsea.net.
